REGRUT is a brand that has been developed due to the needs of the domestic and regional market for skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workforce. The trends in movement of workforce from East to West caused a serious lack of professionals in various fields (specifically hit construction and hospitality industry) and, therefore, generated problems in those industries and, in general, the economy of the surrounding countries. In order to solve this problem, REGRUT was formed as a brand through the cooperation and partnership between domestic human resources consulting agency Millennial Consulting and our partner agencies in Mexico and Cuba. We provide professional recruitment services to clients and candidates worldwide. Our focus is on the selection and employment of candidates from Latin American countries.
